Out and back, you will cross a creek 3 times, only one time will you have to ride through it, there is a mixture of short climbs and very short technical sections, great training ride when everything else is muddy
From I-15 (heading northbound) take the HWY 89 exit, stay on the highway untill you reach Cherry lane (there will be two gas station and a stop light where Cherry lane is) turn right, then take the imediate left, proceed north to Fernwood drive, take a right and go untill you reach the T in the road and turn right, then you will be at the gate of Fernwood camping ground, park there and ride your bike to the top of the camp ground and the trail begains at the southern (right) side of the campground by the restrooms
